The IO220 series offers four variants for different sensor signals:
- IO220 – Analog
For analog input signals of ±10 V or 0/4 … 20 mA. - IO221 – Strain Gauge
For strain gauge signals, such as those from force sensors and load cells. - IO222 – Incremental
For HTL, TTL, and RS422 signals, as well as various encoders and sensors. - IO223 – SSI
For SSI signals from single-turn and multi-turn encoders.
This allows different signal types to be specifically integrated into existing IO-Link structures—without having to fundamentally change the existing sensor system.
Easy to integrate. Flexible to use.
The compact devices are designed for quick mounting on a 35-mm DIN rail. The screw terminals enable straightforward wiring and eliminate the need for pre-assembled cables—ideal for flexible and space-saving control cabinet installation.
The IO220 series also offers flexibility when it comes to parameterization: The devices can be configured using standard engineering tools via the USB interface or via IO-Link.
