Signal Converter Incremental >>> Analog / Serial / Parallel for Incremental Encoders

Here you can find incremental converters for conversion of counting pulses into analog or parallel signals and serial formats. The devices shown here, are quickly and conveniently mounted on a DIN rail in the control cabinet by means of snap-on mounting.

Further options for the conversion of SSI data are also available with our IX indicator series.

The ZP210 signal converter is used to convert pulses into a parallel signal (binary, gray code or BCD format).

  • Pulse inputs A, B [HTL], A, /A, B, /B [RS422, HTL]
  • Input frequency up to 1 MHz
  • 25-bit parallel output push-pull in BCD, binary or Gray code

Signal Converter Incremental >>> Parallel

Signal converter for the operating modes as pulse counter and position converter.
Functions as linking (e.g. A+B), scaling, filtering, start-up supression ... etc.

  • Pulse inputs A, B [HTL], A, /A, B, /B [RS422, HTL]
  • Input frequency up to 1 MHz [RS422], 200 kHz [HTL]
  • Analog output ±10 V or 0/4 ... 20 mA, 16 Bit
  • USB interface and RS232/RS485-interface for configuration and serial readout
