SV210: Sine-Cosine Signal Splitter with 2 SinCos- and 2 Incremental Outputs

The SV210 signal distributor is used to distribute the signals of so-called Sincos encoders and measuring systems clearly and problem-free to several following devices. Since the device type SV210 has 2 SinCos outputs as well as 2 incremental outputs (HTL or TTL / RS422), the signals can also be converted into incremental signals. So following devices can be controlled either with SinCos signals or with incremental pulses.

At the two sine outputs, the distributor supplies sine signals with the same format as at the input, including the reference pulse (if available at the input). All sine-wave signals use the voltage range of 1 Vpp with differential output channels.

  • 1 encoder input with format SIN+, SIN-, COS+, COS-, REF+, REF- [1 Vss]
  • Maximum sinus input frequency 500 kHz with max. 200 ns conversion time
  • 2 signal outputs with format SIN+, SIN-, COS+, COS-, REF+, REF- [1 Vss]
  • 2 pulse outputs with format A, /A, B, /B, Z, /Z [RS422, TTL, HTL]
  • Power supply 17 ... 30 VDC
  • Snap-on housing for top hat rail
    (according to EN 60715)
