Monitoring module with a wide range of applications. The Motion Monitor with position display has been designed for the switching stage mounting and can be used as a monitoring device for belt drift, shaft fracture, torsion and slip. The device has 4 programmable limit values, 4 fast transistor switching outputs as well as 4 relay outputs.

2 scalable inputs with format A, /A, B, /B [HTL / TTL / RS422,
single channel, dual channel, symmetric or asymmetric]
4 control inputs for PNP / NPN / Namur signals [10 ... 30 VDC]

The slip monitor builds the difference between both encoders and
compares these with signs including the 4 adjustable switching thresholds
The 4 programmable limit values ??switch the output relays or transistor switch outputs as a function of the determined position difference
A switchable time-controlled reset function also allows the monitoring of slip with definable values for nominal slip
