W232-485: 24 VDC / 15 W Universal Power Pack

This RS232-to-RS485 converter (manufactured by Waveshare) converts an RS232 signal into a symetrical differential RS485 signal. The device operates on a 6–36 VDC power supply. The electronics are housed in a slim enclosure (91.6 × 23.3 × 58.7 mm) designed for snap-on mounting on a standard DIN rail inside a control cabinet.
