UZ210: Encoder Simulator/ Frequency Generator

The device UZ210 is an analog to frequency signal converter. Because of this it is ideal to use as a frequency generator. Through a potentiometer, the input voltage can be regulated. This makes it possible to generate different frequencies using the UZ210.

Even easier is the direct input of the parameters via the operating software OS10.0. Unlike the setting via a potentiometer, which can be inaccurate, the values of the encoder simulator can be entered here exactly.

The possibility of using the UZ210 as a frequency generator is particularly suitable for a simple and noiseless setup in laboratory experiments or maintenance. The big advantage is that it can replace a complete drive unit consisting of motor, motor controller and encoder.

Adjustable filter functions as well as operator programmable linearization curves
Printer mode for automatic data transfer of internal registers to a data logger or PC

OS 10.0 Operator Software

Applicable for all motrona units as well as Safety devices of the DS series, except MC700 Motion Controllers. Compatible to all Win 8.1 and higher platforms.

Please note: OS 10.0 replaces the previously used PC software OS 6.0.
