With its high bandwidth, flexible bus architecture and integrated tandem drive control, the MC800 sets new standards

Following the successful launch of the Motion-Controller MC800 on the SPS IPC Drives 2014 in Nuremberg and the Koplas 2015 in Goyang, Korea, the newest firmware CT803 for applications with rotary, highly dynamic motion sequences is now available.

The integrated tandem drive-controller, which enables to reach the acceleration requirements of heavy loads by splitting the necessary power to two independent drives, convinced with its excellent performance during the first field tests.

In the further course the proven firmware FS801 for “on-the-fly” processing is now under development.

As successor of the long-proven MC700, of course the MC800 meets the requirements for all common applications such as: Synchronization Control, Index and Print Mark Control, Rotating Cross Cutter, Flying Saw Control, Rotating Cross Cutter Control, etc. – and this by the latest state-of-the-art.
