- MC700 is a universal motion controllers for 1 to 4 axis, programmable for multiple motion applications by simple download of the corresponding function firmware.
- With use of our WR701 firmware (see Download) this unit provides easy solutions
with the most common combinations of winding and unwinding drives, line drives and tension control
- One unit can control up to 4 drives
- Integrated traverse control for winding applications with cables, wires and fibers
- Embedded virtual master axis (selectable) with programmable speeds and ramps
- Easy cascadable for applications using more than 4 drives
- The operation of this unit is based on precision diameter calculation and highly accurate speed control of the winding drives. Therefore it is especially suitable
for applications with fast and continuous Start-Stop cycles, or for applications with sensitive materials requiring tension-free winding.
- The MC700 hardware is a black-box unit for cabinet mounting.
