Helmut Kraemer was born in 1947. After High School graduation he studied Electrical Engineering and Automation at the
University of Stuttgart.
After successful conclusion with a Master’s degree he first worked as a division manager for an
international machine building company. In 1981, supported by his boyhood friend Helmut Grimm, he founded his own company which
initially was a one-man-show, operating in the basement of a residential building.
The small company grew quickly and developed
soon to the successful enterprise of the Automation Industry, which today is known worldwide under the keywords
“control-motion-interface”.

Patrick Pfeiffer (born 1971) studied Communications Engineering at the University of applied science of
Konstanz.
After successful graduation he worked for a Swiss company and developed electromechanical drive systems, which
he also commissioned himself around the world. Due to his high level of commitment he was rewarded quickly to lead the entire
electronics and software development.
After completion of an additional EMBA study he became a member of the Management Board
as 'Director Operations'. From 2009 on he filled out the challenging role of the ‘Director of Marketing, Sales and
Business Development’. At the same time he advanced to the Deputy and designated successor of the CEO.
Due to his
enthusiasm for an independent entrepreneurship Patrick Pfeiffer decided to swap this successful job against that of an independent
Managing Director for motrona GmbH.
