- Stand-alone controller for the motion profile of rotating cutters and all rotary processing requiring
synchronous speed while the tool is engaged, and asynchronous speed outside
- Extremely smooth motion to protect mechanics and gears solution, by self-optimizing polynomial speed transitions
- High cutting accuracy, even during acceleration and at high line speeds
- Excellent dynamic properties by closed loop control at a cycle time of only 150 µsec.
- Can operate with any 4-quadrant drive possessing a +/- 10 V speed reference input
- Easy PC setup by Windows operator software
- Remote setting facilities (e.g. cutting length) by either parallel interface, serial RS232/ RS485 interface or CANopen
interface.

MC700 Motion Controller and Firmware CT702 for

- MC700 is a universal motion controller for 1 to 4 axis, programmable for multiple motion
applications by simple download of the corresponding function firmware.
- With use of the CT702 firmware (see Download)
this unit provides excellent solutions with all kinds of rotating cut-to-length systems as well as with applications like labeling, printing, punching,
sealing etc.
- Functions and properties are very similar to the CT150 controllers described above.
- The range of functions includes extended possibilities with evaluation and blanking of print marks, floating print mark
registers and more
- The MC700 hardware is a black-box unit for cabinet mounting.
